IMPORTANT NOTE FOR ALL CAMPERS

LEAVING THE CAMP
As mentioned you are accountable to your group leaders. However we also understand that some of you (especially the working bunch/Uni/Poly/Army bunch) have a couple of appointments or commitments you made prior to the camp that you need to see to.

Should you need to leave the camp to settle your unfinished business, we will not stop you but please see that you have done the following:
1. Inform your group leaders which date/day and from what time-what time you have something on, where it is, how long it will take, what time you will leave camp, will you be coming back, if yes what time, do you need bfast/lunch/dinner to be saved for you etc etc.
2. LEADERS: take note of all these and sms my Admin comm (following the number used to send reminders to you aka Clive) all the details by Friday.
3. CAMPER: on the stated day, before leaving make sure your leader is informed AND reminded (being a mother/father of 10 not easy k!) Also before you leave the campsite, make sure you personally inform either Shane/Vinnie so they know you have left.
4. Returning: Please note that NACLI’s security will not allow any ‘visitors’ after 11.30pm.
5. For those joining us late: please also inform your leaders!!!

REPORTING ON SUNDAY
We received a few requests to report directly to NACLI; we are afraid we cannot allow that for many reasons. Please try to understand our situation here and report as instructed to your assigned center. (IF NOT IN FUTURE WE MIGHT STOP PROVIDING TRANSPORT!)
For those of you driving, please also let your leaders know that you are not going to be on the bus and also your respective Bus ICs. However, like the rest you are also required to report to either LET/LEW. In case you are wondering – yes parking is free!

NEW REPORTING TIME
PLEASE NOTE! We have pushed back reporting time to 8am. The other factors remain the same.

ON THE RETURN JOURNEY
As mentioned we are trying to take into consideration the few of you who stay in the west. This is what we have decided: The LEW (aka Rico’s & Adriel’s) bus will take all the Northies & Westies. The bus will make a quick detour to BUONA VISTA MRT and drop the handful of you off before proceeding to WOODLANDS MRT.
For those staying in the vicinity, you may leave on your own after we break camp – but yes accountability. Please do not leave without telling anyone.
As for the LET bus, the bus as planned will drop you at TAMPINES MRT.

PLEASE NOTE THAT once you have alighted from the bus, the BUS ICs’ responsibility to look after you ends there. We are not accountable for your whereabouts there after. Please be matured enough to be accountable to your parents and keep them updated!

Vinnie and her admin comm will turn mean if you start asking this on Sunday.
